Rice pudding


  • Rice, arborio variety, 1 cup
  • Milk, whole, 4 cups
  • Sugar, 1/2 cup
  • Lemon rind, from 1 lemon


Get it all in one pot: Place all the ingredients into a pot, mix lightly, and cover.

Cook it up: Bring the mixture to a simmer then lower the flame to its lowest setting and cook for ~30 minutes or until the rice is soft. Once done, refrigerate.
